Hey All-
The website has been intermittently slow as of late... it turns out to be the server that we're on. I'm looking into correcting the problem as soon as possible. Hopefully faster withing a few weeks. I need to study my Chinese too! :) -Marc |

Server upgrade complete. Things should be a bit faster/smoother now. Let me know if there are any problems.

I tried to us the live help option but every time I do, it says offline all the time. Why is that? Also, I tried tested myself from my work list and that doesn't as well is there something wrong with the system
