I'm just starting to learn Chinese and I have this doubt: in this sentence should 也 go first or is it 都 first?

他们也都是墨西哥人。

他们都也是墨西哥人。

which one is correct?

My teach says that the first sentence is more correct. The second is understandable as the exact same meaning, but teach says it is 不通顺.
